1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. These definitions apply throughout this document and to all supplementary policies published on the crickax platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on crickax, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise legally permitted under the laws applicable to you to access and use online gaming services.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not currently hold another active account on crickax. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from crickax or any related platform operated by the Company.
• All information provided during the registration process is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.2 Registration Process

To create an account on crickax, you must complete the registration form available on the platform, providing at minimum: a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, your full legal name as it appears on your National ID (NID) or passport, and your date of birth. By submitting the registration form, you confirm that all provided information is truthful and accurate.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

crickax applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all registered accounts. KYC verification is required before processing a Player's first withdrawal request. Players will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• A valid Bangladeshi passport (biographical data page)
• A valid driving licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or MFS account statement) dated within the last 90 days

crickax reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if there is a reasonable basis to suspect account misuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension or closure.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on crickax. If a Player is found to have opened multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — crickax reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts immediately, forfeit any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings in those accounts, and in cases of deliberate fraud, permanently ban the individual from the platform.

3 Account Rules

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crickax username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. crickax will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact crickax support immediately at support@crickax to request an account freeze.

3.2 Accurate Account Information

You must ensure that all personal details held in your crickax account are accurate and kept up to date. Changes to personal information — including name, email address, or registered mobile number — must be made through the account settings panel or by contacting customer support. crickax may require re-verification of identity following significant account detail changes.

3.3 Prohibited Account Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible permanent ban:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with any part of the platform
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in any game format, including live casino tables and sports betting syndicates
• Using the platform for any activity related to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
• Opening an account on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification
• Exploiting bonus promotions in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion as determined by crickax in its reasonable judgement

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your crickax account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified real money balance in your wallet above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following KYC verification. Bonus funds and wagering-requirement-locked balances will not be returned upon voluntary account closure unless crickax determines otherwise in its discretion.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

crickax supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available based on issuing bank)

crickax reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice. The current list of supported methods is always displayed in the cashier section of the platform.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's casino wallet within minutes of successful payment confirmation from the relevant MFS provider or bank.
• crickax does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your MFS provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• crickax reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposit patterns as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 for MFS methods. Bank transfer minimums may be higher and are displayed in the cashier.
• Withdrawals are processed only to a payment account registered in the Player's own verified name. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.
• A completed KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal request is processed. Players who have not completed KYC will be prompted to submit documentation at the time of their withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts with no active bonus wagering requirements are typically processed within the same BST business day for MFS methods.
• crickax reserves the right to impose additional processing time for withdrawal requests that trigger fraud or AML screening procedures.
• Withdrawals of winnings derived entirely from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will not be approved until requirements are satisfied.

4.4 Currency

All balances, transactions, wagers, and winnings on crickax are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), represented by the ৳ symbol. crickax does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. If a player initiates a transaction in a foreign currency through an international card, the conversion to BDT is performed by the card issuer at their prevailing exchange rate, and crickax is not responsible for any resulting conversion fees or unfavourable exchange rates.

5 Bonus & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

crickax offers a welcome bonus to newly registered players on their first qualifying deposit. The exact welcome bonus offer — including the match percentage, maximum bonus amount, and applicable wagering requirements — is displayed on the promotions page and in the cashier at the time of the first deposit. Welcome bonus terms are subject to change, and the offer in place at the time of a Player's first deposit governs their entitlement.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by crickax are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any portion of the bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings becomes eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. As a general principle:

• Wagering requirements are calculated as: Bonus Amount × Wagering Multiplier = Total Wager Required
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports bets, and table games may contribute at a lower rate or be excluded entirely. Contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's terms.
• crickax reserves the right to void bonus funds and close accounts where bonus abuse — including arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies, or systematic exploitation of game mechanics — is detected.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless specifically stated.
• All bonuses expire if not used within the time period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account.
• crickax reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that players who have already accepted and begun wagering on an active bonus are permitted to complete the existing wagering requirement under the original terms.
• Seasonal promotions tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other events are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of each campaign.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

crickax offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player after confirmation, except where the platform's cash-out feature is available and active for a given market.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, crickax will settle bets in accordance with the official rules for that sport and event type as displayed in the sportsbook help section.
• Maximum stake limits apply to individual bets and accumulator bets. Limits vary by market and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.
• crickax reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a technical or human error in the odds-setting process.
• Bet settlement is automated and typically completed within minutes of official event results being confirmed. In the event of a dispute over result, crickax's decision — made with reference to official scoring records — is final.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on crickax — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and RNG table games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Push Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following rules apply:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology operated by the respective game provider. crickax does not control individual game outcomes.
• In the event of a game disconnection during play, the game provider's own disconnection policy governs the outcome of any in-progress round. crickax will not issue manual compensation for disconnection losses unless the provider's records confirm a technical fault on crickax's infrastructure.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• Live casino game rules — including table limits, side bet availability, and game variants — are governed by the live studio operated by the relevant provider and may vary by table.

6.3 Fair Play Policy

crickax is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. Any Player found to be engaging in the following will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, with winnings forfeited where fraud is confirmed:

• Use of automated betting bots, AI prediction software, or third-party software that places bets without direct human input
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes of poker, live casino, or social game formats
• Exploiting identified software glitches to generate artificially high winnings
• Any form of match-fixing or insider information-based betting on sporting events

7 Responsible Gaming

7.1 Age Verification

crickax operates a strict 18+ policy. All accounts are subject to age verification, and crickax reserves the right to suspend an account and return deposited funds if a Player is found to be under 18 years of age. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be voided and forfeited in their entirety.

7.2 Player-Controlled Limits

Registered Players may set the following limits from within their account settings panel at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that can be deposited to the account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: A ceiling on the total net loss a Player is willing to absorb within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is paused until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated on-screen notifications triggered after a set period of continuous platform activity.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may activate the self-exclusion feature, which locks their crickax account for a period of their choosing: 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During the exclusion period, the account cannot be accessed, and all marketing communications are suspended. A self-exclusion period cannot be shortened once activated. Permanent self-exclusion results in irreversible account closure.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

crickax aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. crickax will not be held liable for any losses — including betting losses, missed opportunities, or inconvenience — arising from planned or unplanned platform downtime.

8.2 Accuracy of Information

crickax makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all odds, game information, promotional terms, and account data displayed on the platform are accurate and up to date. However, the Company does not warrant the absolute accuracy of any information displayed and reserves the right to correct errors without prior notice. Where a material error has led to a Player receiving incorrect odds, incorrect bonus terms, or an incorrect account balance, crickax reserves the right to rectify the error and, where applicable, void affected transactions.

8.3 Third-Party Services

The crickax platform incorporates services, content, and technology from third-party providers including game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and banking partners). crickax is not liable for any failure, delay, or error originating from these third-party services that is beyond the Company's reasonable control.

8.4 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, crickax's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited by that Player to their crickax account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Governing Principles

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any dispute between a Player and crickax arising from these Terms & Conditions or any related policy, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with the crickax support team before pursuing any other remedy. crickax's decisions on matters governed by these Terms — including account closures, bonus forfeiture, and bet settlement — are final once all internal review processes have been completed.

8.6 Amendments to Terms

crickax reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, crickax will notify registered Players by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players who do not agree with updated terms should cease using the platform and may close their account in accordance with the account closure procedure set out in Section 3.4.
